STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy

The first step is to complete your application, which can be done easily through our website.  To get started select the application tab at the right or call us during regular business hours.  M-F 8 AM to 5 PM.

At the appropriate time we’ll order a property appraisal for you and contact you for payment of the appraisal, credit report and application fee.

STEP TWO -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded

Your loan is then processed and underwritten.  Once approved, we will contact you to schedule a settlement date.
