PURCHASE: Contract of sale. 3. CONSTRUCTION: Building specs and plans. 4. REFINANCE: Current mortgage statement and most recent tax bill. Income/Employment History: 5. SALARIED: Tax return for most recent two years with W-2s PLUS one month’s current pay stubs showing year-to-date income. 6. SELF-EMPLOYED: Most recent two years personal and business tax returns. 7. Rental agreements, fully executed, if you own rental properties. 8. Pension award letters, Social Security statements, copy of bank statements where direct deposit is received, and two years 1099s. Other Documents (as applicable): 9. Separation Agreement. 10. Divorce Decree 11. Verification of child support and/or alimony if using as income. Please provide 12-month history. Assets/Liabilities: 12. Copies of two months bank statements, retirement accounts, life insurance, etc… 13. List of all debts, including those to be paid off with new loan. Please indicate which debts are to be paid off. Additional Information: 14. A non-refundable application fee of $250.00 is due when submitting the application. 15. Please indicate if you prefer to have your closing costs financed into your loan? 16. Appraisal fee will be required prior to ordering. 17. Proof of hazard/flood insurance with NBRS listed as “mortgagee” will be required prior to settlement.
